Community Outreach in Arizona
Anasazi Animal Clinic is a vital part of the Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, AZ and surrounding community. We work with the following community organizations, professional groups, and programs.
- Anasazi Animal Clinic is a Veterinary Partner of the Phoenix Zoo.
- Dr. Nossaman volunteers her time at the Phoenix Zoo to complete advanced dental procedures.
- Dr. Nossaman is a member of the Phoenix Zoo Animal Welfare Subcommittee and is the head of the zoo's Pet Memorial Program, which raises funds for the purchase of medical equipment for the zoo's animal care facility.
- We are a major sponsor of Friends for Life's BARKtoberfest.
- Anasazi Animal Clinic works with Gilbert's local no-kill shelter.
- We welcome local schools to visit our clinic to learn more about animal care issues.
- We are a sponsor for The Luv Shack Ranch Horse Rescue, a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused horses.
- Our veterinarians and staff visit Gilbert-area grade schools and junior high schools for presentations on pet care and pet dentistry.
- We also participate in career days at local high schools.
- We are a major sponsor and participate in the Cheetah Conservation Fund’s annual Run for the Cheetah event held at the Phoenix Zoo.
- Our veterinarians also conduct presentations on a variety of pet health care topics to local pet clubs and other organizations.

Humane Organizations
Anasazi Animal Clinic also works with a number of local Arizona humane societies and organizations, including:
- Friends for Life Animal Sanctuary - We provide complimentary wellness examinations to recently-adopted pets (must be within 10 days of adoption).
- Animal Welfare League - We provide complimentary wellness examinations to recently adopted pets (must be within 10 days of adoption).
- Animal Care and Control - We provide complimentary wellness examinations to recently adopted pets (must be within 10 days of adoption).
- Humane Society - We provide complimentary wellness examinations to recently adopted pets (must be within 10 days of adoption).
- Cheetah Conservation Fund - We provide veterinary dental services, donate veterinary supplies and organize fundraising events for the Cheetah Conservation Fund located in Namibia, Africa.
- Provide spay and neuter services for domestic animals, Paterson SPCA, Paterson, South Africa.
- Provide veterinary services for Arizona Veterinary Medical Association Immobilization Safari, South Africa.
