The PirateLarry came to Anasazi from a litter of feral kittens in the East Valley. Brought to us young enough, he and his siblings, Mo and Curly, were soon tamed with love and good groceries. Larry was adopted to what we had screened as a good home at about ten weeks of age. He was brought back to us with a severe eye infection that should have received medical attention long before it did. Dr. Nossaman demanded that Larry be relinquished to the clinic. Aggressive medical therapy failed and Larry had to have his eye removed. What a shame! But Larry doesn't seem to mind. He's just glad he doesn't have a headache any more. He is currently studying greeting skills from Uncle Rex. He's developing "aren't I cute" skills all on his own.
